Apply for hedgerows, boundaries, and woodland management grants online

Applicants for hedgerows and boundaries and woodland management grants can now be made online via the Rural Payments service. The service can ensure only eligible fields are included – instant confirmation is provided once an application is submitted.

The woodland management plan grant is open all year round but this year the hedgerow and boundaries grant, which opened on 1st February, closes on 28th April.

While applicants are encouraged to use the online service, paper applications will still be accepted for both the hedgerows and boundaries grant and the woodland management plan grant.

The service will be extended in the weeks ahead, when customers will have the option to submit their Countryside Stewardship annual revenue and capital claims.
